The Course Audit: Phase 2
The Blackboard-to-Brightspace move is still rolling along, and now it’s time for Phase 2. This week’s focus: Assessments and the Gradebook.
Over the years, tests, quizzes, discussion prompts, and grade center columns can pile up (or duplicate themselves). Phase 2 is your chance to do a quick check and make sure only what you actually use makes the trip to Brightspace.
In this phase, you’ll focus on:
- Reviewing and cleaning up tests, quizzes, and question pools
- Removing outdated discussion activities
- Organizing Grade Center columns and confirming they’re clearly labeled
There’s no need to aim for perfection—just a cleaner, more intentional setup.
