On April 16, 2025, the Central Strategy Team reconvened to explore UCA’s future through bold visioning and early conversations around institutional priorities. The session encouraged big thinking—asking what could happen if UCA were wildly successful—and laid the groundwork for refining strategic imperatives in the months ahead.
