Be a part of the Great Mississippi River Cleanup with our Bear Boots on the Ground! Please share with interested students!
Volunteers will traverse the river on foot and in boats while working closely with the Living Lands and Waters crew. The LL&W fleet includes THREE barges, TWO towboats, SIX workboats, TWO skid steers, FIVE work trucks, an excavator, and a crane.
Total registration fee is $132.00.
This pays for transportation, shared hotel accommodations (4 students per room), and some meals at the service site. Volunteers should plan to pay for their own meals while in transit to Memphis and while returning to Conway, most evening meals in Memphis, and the cost of any free-time activities.
Deposit of $50 is due January 23, 2024. Remaining balance of $82 is due February 15, 2023.
