We, as members of Students for the Propagation of Black Culture (SPBC), pledge our skills and resources to the achievement of more harmonious relationships among students and the community. Membership shall be open to the entire student population of the University of Central Arkansas, regardless of race, creed or color.

Our Purpose

*To study and support the development of Black culture.

*To develop dignity, pride, and respect among all students regardless of race.

*To provide unity among all students.

*To develop interaction with other campus organizations that will promote effective and positive growth for our members and other students on campus.

*To offer valuable service to the campus and the community. 

Membership

SPBC has membership dues that range from $10 – $20 each year and meets regularly twice per month.  As a member, you will develop long lasting friendships, have an opportunity to serve on at least 1 of 7 committees that impact our campus and community, develop leadership skills along the way plus enjoy members’ only activities during the year.  Membership is open to any UCA student.

  • Homecoming Greek Show (co-hosted with NPHC)
