The Office of Diversity and Community at the University of Central Arkansas is the premier office for diversity and inclusion within the Bear community. We take pride in serving our students and supporting the affirmation of all students and their identities. Our goal is to foster support for all members of our community and to provide supportive resources for faculty, staff, students, and alumni in our efforts to create an inclusive and safe community. The Diversity and Community team provides advocacy and support for all of our students, registered student organizations, and all related activities.
