Jessica Underwood is an Instructional Designer at the Center for Teaching Excellence. She has earned a BA in Communications through the University of the Ozarks and an MS in Instructional Technology from the University of Central Arkansas. She is available to assist faculty with the use of online and classroom technology including Blackboard, Collaborate, Tegrity, Respondus, SMART Technologies, and more. As an Instructional Designer, Jessica is also available for individual consultations by appointment.
