Rhonda McClellan, although new to the University of Central Arkansas, is not new to the study or preparation of leadership. She has taught and coordinated graduate programs in educational leadership development in New Mexico, Texas, and now Arkansas. She is excited about being a part of the interdisciplinary Ph.D. in Leadership program and looks forward to making her home here. She has special research interests in leader development and integrative community leadership and has publications in Educational Administration Quarterly, Journal of Educational Administration, Journal of Higher Education, and Journal of Research on Leadership Education.
