Students enrolled in a UCA Education Specialist (EdS) and who demonstrate academic excellence may receive priority consideration in the Change Leadership PhD application review process (Digital Age, Literacy Leadership, K-12 Educational Leadership: District-Level Administration; Building-Level Administration; Program Administration). Priority review does not guarantee admission. Applicants must meet all program admission requirements. The Change Leadership PhD admission is competitive and is based on the applicant’s qualifications and program fit. If admitted, EdS students can begin the PhD program the fall or spring semester following EdS degree completion.
