Joan Shofner, associate vice president of campaign and development in the Division of Advancement, presented on using AI to engage donors at the Fundraising AI Global Summit: Generate Good conference on Oct. 1.
This was an in-person and virtual conference with 9,492 registrants and 3,454 attendees from more than 141 counties.
The virtual session was hosted by Gravyty and included Shofner as a co-presenter with a representative from Susan G. Komen. The title of the session was Revolutionizing Donor Engagement: How AI Empowers Nonprofits to Scale Mid-Level and Major Gifts.
