Dear Students,
Don’t miss the unique opportunity to gain an insider’s view of the American political process in the days leading up to the presidential inauguration.
Join UCA’s partner, The Washington Center, for the Presidential Inauguration 2025 Seminar!
Spend a week with college students from across the country as you go behind the scenes in the city where history is made. You’ll interact with political and media insiders who had a front row seat to the election, learn about their diverse career paths, and explore government agencies, think tanks and media outlets in the nation’s capital.
This program will be held in Washington, D.C. and will take place January 13–21, 2025. As part of the program, you’ll:
• Engage in discussions with thought leaders, political experts and seasoned journalists.
• Explore different career paths and network with professionals in policy, politics and media.
• Connect with other students through small group discussions.
• Have an opportunity to earn academic credit.
Learn more about this upcoming seminar and see how you can participate. There will be an on-campus information session on Tuesday, October 1st during X-Period in Irby Hall Room 216. If you have questions about the program, contact the on-campus representatives: Dr. Mark Mullenbach, mmark@uca.edu or Dr. Bailey Fairbanks, bfairbanks@uca.edu.
