Fall 2025 IFC Recruitment Registration Form

Recruitment Week is structured so you are able to interact with all of our organizations in order to find the one that fits best for you. The schedule below will be updated as each organization finalizes their event details. Orientation, Round 1 and Round 2 events are open to any interested man, we encourage you to visit any chapters you may be interested in joining! Attending a chapter’s Preference Round event is by invitation only. Be sure to register for recruitment early so you get updated information sent directly to you!

Saturday, September 6. IFC Tailgate Time- TBD

Located on Bruce Street, the IFC chapters will be tailgating the Football game against UA- Pine Bluff. Come out and meet the chapters, enjoy good food, and visit the IFC tent for a chance to win a prize!

Sunday, September 7. Round 1: Recruitment Orientation and Preview Day

2:45 PM- 3:15 PM- Mandatory IFC Recruitment Orientation
Ida Waldran Auditorium, Main Hall
3:30 – 3:40 PM- Round 1
3:45 – 3:55 PM- Round 2
4:00 – 4:10 PM- Round 3
4:15- 4:25 PM- Round 4
4:30- 4:40 PM- Round 5
4:45- 4:55 PM- Round 6
Following Presentation rounds, All IFC chapters will have an Open House event at their respective locations.

Monday, September 8. Open Events – Round 2, Day 1

6:00-8:00 P.M.- Chapter Pending
8:00-10:00 P.M.- Chapter Pending

Tuesday, September 9. Open Events – Round 2, Day 2

6:00-8:00 P.M.- Chapter Pending
8:00-10:00 P.M.-Chapter Pending

Wednesday, September 10. Open Events – Round 2, Day 3

6:00-8:00 P.M.- Chapter Pending
8:00-10:00 P.M.- Chapter Pending

Deadline to register for IFC Recruitment! 12:00 PM/Noon

Thursday, September 11. Preference Events – Invitation Only

Locations will be communicated by individual chapters

Friday, September 12. Bid Day

3:30- 5:00 PM- Greek 101 and Bid Acceptance- Old Main/ Ida Waldron

5:00 PM- Bid Reveal Ceremony- Old Main Lawn.
