Celebration African American Achievement. A film festival dedicated to sharing stories celebrating Black Excellence and hardships. Each film entry has to share a narrative of black life in the story line. There are four award categories including long form, short form, documentary and the first in film festival history is the category for living history. The Jubilee Film Festival in conjunction with the 2023 Mosaic Templars Cultural Center Juneteenth festivities is the first partnership involving the inclusion of a film festival.
