Prospective students can apply to the CSPA program at any time during the year. Applicants who qualify may enter the program on a full-time or a part-time basis.
Applicants must meet the general requirements for admission to the Graduate School and provide evidence of their ability to participate successfully in a graduate-level academic endeavor.
Admission to the Graduate School is based upon the following requirements:
- Online application
- Graduate School application fee
- Transcripts from all institutions attended
- Recommendation of CSPA program faculty

- Name and e-mail address of two professional references (one must be faculty) who can speak to your potential for graduate level coursework.
- Letter of Intent. One-page singled spaced letter than includes reasons for becoming a student affairs professional, reasons for applying to this program, and future goals in the profession.
- Upon receiving completed applications, program faculty will contact applicants regarding participation in the CSPA program interview, which is a required component for admission consideration.
