College of Science and Engineering Information Technology Requests
To facilitate communication between the College of Science and Engineering (COSE) faculty and staff and the COSE IT support staff, John Black and the UCA Information Technology Department have developed a COSE Team Dynamix portal for all non-emergency information technology work requests. This portal allows COSE faculty and staff to submit IT work requests and check for updates and communications on the status of that request.
When using the portal, please be sure to be as specific as possible in your request and provide all necessary information so the work can be completed in a timely manner.
In an emergency situation such as the malfunction of a projector or computer during class, please direct all calls to the COSE Dean’s office at 501-450-3199 so appropriate action can be arranged.
