CETAL has developed a Recognition of Achievement Program to acknowledge faculty who engage in a series of experiences to strengthen their teaching effectiveness. The goals for this program are to guide faculty members through a structured professional development process, encourage intentionality and growth in teaching effectiveness, and provide a campus-wide distinction of commitment to teaching excellence.
Recognition by the Office of the Provost and the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Academic Leadership happens in late April each year.
Program Guidelines and Requirements:
For the 2024-2025 academic year, CETAL will be offering the popular Teaching Excellence track as well as two new tracks: Global Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
