Websites used to conduct University of Central Arkansas activities must contribute to the overall mission of the university. These websites must also faithfully represent UCA.
Official websites (colleges, departments, divisions, etc.) fall under the uca.edu domain (uca.edu/sociology). Providing a home under the umbrella of uca.edu is the preferred way of URL assignment.
Subdomains (domain.uca.edu) are generally reserved for applications (groupwise.uca.edu, my.uca.edu). Exceptions do exist, but are extremely rare (faculty.uca.edu, youbelong.uca.edu).
