Ambassador Pierre-Richard Prosper, former U.S. ambassador-at-large for war crimes issues, U.S. Department of State will give the keynote address at the United Nations Day luncheon at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 27 in the Brewer-Hegeman Conference Center.
