The University of Central Arkansas has recently welcomed Brittny Daubenheyer as the new associate director of recruitment in the Office of Admissions.
In this role, Daubenheyer will directly oversee all recruitment initiatives and professional development of recruitment staff. She started her new position Nov. 1.
“This is an exciting time for the University of Central Arkansas because we are well poised for growth, not only as an institution of higher education but, also, as the university of choice for prospective students in our state and beyond,” said Daubenheyer. “As the associate director of recruitment, I look forward to building upon UCA’s commitment to academic excellence, student success and, of course, purple pride.”
Prior to UCA, Daubenheyer served as the assistant to the president at Arkansas Tech University. While at ATU, Daubenheyer also worked in Student Services and taught as an adjunct professor in the Department of English. She has more than 12 years of experience in higher education, including extensive work in admissions in both public and private institutions. Daubenheyer attended ATU, where she earned a Master of Liberal Arts, as well as a Bachelor of Arts.
“We are ecstatic to have someone with Brittny’s experience and drive join our team. She has 10 years of experience within higher education recruitment, specifically in the areas of training development and territory management,” said Courtney Bryant, director of admissions. “It is important that we not only invest in our prospective students, but also our team members so we can provide a full service to the university.”
