Dr. William H. Friedman, Department of Management Information Systems, had his paper, ?Perspectives on Privacy,? published in the March 2004 issue of The Journal of the American Academy of Business, Cambridge. His article examines issues such as what privacy actually is, its evolution as a legal right, technological instruments that impinge on privacy and whether there are justifiable breaches of personal privacy.
