Students will demonstrate their final projects
The Arkansas Coding Academy (ArCA) at the University of Central Arkansas will hold its fifth Demo Day from 1-3 p.m. April 6 at UCA Downtown, 1105 W. Oak St.
During Demo Day, ArCA students will demonstrate how the software-development final projects to the community, potential employers and other stakeholders.
“Since the first Demo Day back in November 2016, the Coding Academy has received tremendous support from the community and we look forward to our fifth and many more successful Demo Days to come,” said Mary Condit, director of ArCA.
The Demo Day event is open to current students, future students, community members and employers alike.
“Community members and potential employers get an opportunity to see upcoming technical talent and network with local community members,” said Condit.
ArCA is a non-credit program that tactically trains and equips students to be productive and curious developers, in order to fill gaps in our current workforce.

About the Arkansas Coding Academy
The Arkansas Coding Academy was established in July 2016 with the mission to provide talented individuals with the skills and mentorship they need to succeed in information technology and information technology-related industries in Arkansas.
