Arkansas native Jesse Thill has been hired as the director of Alumni Services. He succeeds Jan Newcomer in this position and started in February of this year.

Dr. Hunter Phillips Goodman, executive director of development at the University of Central Arkansas, has been selected to be a member of the inaugural class of Presidential Leadership Scholars, a unique leadership development initiative that draws upon the resources of the U.S. presidential centers of Lyndon B. Johnson, George H.W. Bush, William J. Clinton, and George W. Bush.

Her parents encouraged her to attend UCA and the reason is not surprising: Fowler could continue the family legacy.
