Cindy received her graduate gemologist degree from the Gemological Institute of America and is a member of the Women's Jewelry Association, Jewelers of America and the Jewelers Board of Trade. In the summer of 2017, Cindy and Donald opened their own jewelry store, Francis M. Fine Jewelry, in historic downtown Conway.
