Dr. Roy ''Gene'' Graves '66 retired from his company, SCA Pharmaceuticals in Little Rock, where he served as the founder and CEO.

Richard Stephens '69 received the Individual Artist Award from the Arkansas Arts Council's 2018 Governor's Arts Awards program.

Marsha ''Kay'' (Stiles) Hinkle '70 was reappointed to the UCA board of trustees by Gov. Asa Hutchinson. She has served on the board of trustees since 2004.

Maj. Gen. (Retired) Walter Paulson '70 was inducted into the UCA ROTC Hall of Fame during Homecoming 2017.

Darrell Crowder '73 retired in January after a career in health care in Texas that spanned more than 40 years.

Dr. John Brizzolara '74, a board-certified urologist, has joined Saline Memorial Hospital in Benton.

Carolyn (Floyd) Ishee '75 is a major gifts officer in the Office of Advancement at Arkansas Tech University.

John Hutchcraft '76, a coach in the Guy-Perkins School District, helped Team USA 60s to gold medal in Italy.

Steve Russell '76 was inducted into the 2017 Arkansas Insurance Hall of Fame at UCA.

Bill Waddell '78 was one of five recipients of the American Bar Association's Pro Bono Publico Award for 2017, and he received the Arkansas Bar Association's Outstanding Lawyer Award.

Gary Rogers '79, attorney at Dover Dixon Horne PLLC, was named a top lawyer on the 2017 list of Little Rock's Best Lawyers, presented by Little Rock Soiree magazine.

D.B. ''Bruce'' Hawkins '79 has been named in the inaugural edition of the Arkansas 200 list, published by Arkansas Business.

Ronald C. Beckman '81, '97 teaches Financial Peace University each semester at Antioch Baptist Church and has been a business instructor at the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton since 1991. He also does freelance photography.

Cindy (Burnett) Beckman '84, '85 retired from Conway Public Schools, where she taught history
and economics for 30 years. She writes ''A Look Back''' and ''A Look Forward'' for the Log Cabin Democrat. She is on the board of the Faulkner County Historical Society, the Faulkner County Museum, the Nursing Home Gift Fund of Faulkner County and the Pleasant Valley Cemetery Association. She has written three books and is currently writing a fourth book as a ghostwriter.

Tracy Moore '85 was promoted to chief financial officer at Conway Corp.

Dr. Linda Bean '86 is the 2017 Arkansas Association of Career and Technical Education post-secondary teacher of the year.

Thomas Voegele '87, '90 was appointed by Gov. Asa Hutchinson as a justice of the peace for the Faulkner County Quorum Court, District 5.

Gary Troutman '87 was named CEO and president of the Greater Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce and Hot Springs Metro Partnership.

Steve Ragland '88 was named one of the 2017 Arkansas Business CFO of the Year finalists.

Dr. Tracy McAllister Owens '88, '00 completed his doctor of education in instructional design and technology in 2016 from the University of Memphis, and he took a position as director of faculty development at the College of Osteopathic Medicine located on the campus of Arkansas State University with the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Angela ''Angie'' Longing '94 is the new director of nursing at CHI St. Vincent Morrilton. She will also continue service as chief nursing officer for Conway Regional Health System.

Tonya (King) Johnson, Ph.D. '94, '95, chief clinical dietitian at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, was nominated for the Workplace Wellness award, presented by the 2018 Arkansas Business Health Care Heroes.

Cindy Hudson '95 married Donald Webb '96 in August 2016. In 2017, Donald was honored by Arkansas Children's Hospital for his 25 years of service. Cindy received her graduate gemologist degree from the Gemological Institute of America and is a member of the Women's Jewelry Association, Jewelers of America and the Jewelers Board of Trade. In the summer of 2017, Cindy and Donald opened their own jewelry store, Francis M. Fine Jewelry, in historic downtown Conway.
