ABOUT THE CAMP
This will be the 14th year for this camp. The UCA/Acxiom IT Careers Camp is designed to heighten students’ interest in an Information Technology career – which is working with computers and related technology. The purpose of the Camp is to educate students about IT careers and to encourage them to continue their education beyond high school. Students will be part of a select group comprised of some of Arkansas’ brightest students as they learn about interesting and rewarding careers in IT. All campers will be staying in the dorm, along with UCA student mentors and CISA faculty representatives.
WHO MAY APPLY?
Any student who will enter 9th through 12th grade in Fall 2024 may apply. Campers who attended camp last year are welcome to apply, so long as they are entering their senior year in high school. The selection process is competitive and based entirely on the application.
COST
The camp is COMPLETELY FREE! Acxiom Corporation has generously funded the entire camp so that all accepted students may attend without cost.
