Please join Academic Affairs and the Division of Outreach and Community Engagement for a going away reception to honor Dr. Shaneil Ealy as she prepares to leave UCA at the end of June after 20 years of exemplary service and leadership. The reception is Thursday, June 27, 2024, from 2 – 4 p.m. in the McAlister Mirror Room (remarks at 2:30 p.m.).
Dr. Ealy began her UCA career in Outreach in 2003 as the Professional Development Coordinator, and held many positions in the Division over the years, serving the past six years as the Associate Vice President. UCA, our community, the region, and the state have all benefitted from Dr. Ealy’s contributions.
Dr. Ealy plans to focus on consulting, teaching, and supporting her family businesses. She will also continue building the Women’s Leadership Network as a new nonprofit entity. However, she says she is most excited about experiencing a summer with her sons, Jase and Henderson.
