The Department of Philosophy and Religious Studies, the Asian Studies Program, the Center for Chinese Language and Culture, the Center for Global Learning and Engagement, the Schedler Honors College, the Asian Studies Development Program of the East-West Center, the Arkansas Chapter of the National Consortium for Teaching about Asia, and the National Research Foundation of Korea are jointly sponsoring a two day conference both at UCA and available online February 17-18. Please register so that you may access the zoom links, and let us know if you need any continuing education credit! Additionally, please consider offering students extra credit opportunities to attend our keynote speakers lectures on Monday at 5:30 and Tuesday at 7 PM as internationally renowned scholars address some of the pressing issues of our times including energy, environment, AI, and human connection. The entire conference is free, with in-person events in Schichtl 115.
