Dean for a Day at UCA: Step Into Leadership!
Dean for a Day is a unique opportunity for University of Central Arkansas students to experience what it’s like to lead their college for a day. Selected students will step into the role of their college dean, gaining firsthand insight into academic leadership, decision-making, and the impact of university administration.
What to Expect:
🗂 Behind-the-Scenes Leadership: Attend meetings with faculty, staff, and university leaders to see how key decisions are made.
🎤 Student Voice Matters: Represent your peers by sharing your ideas, concerns, and initiatives to enhance student experiences.
🤝 Networking & Professional Growth: Connect with deans, faculty, and administrators, opening doors for future leadership opportunities.
