The Department of Computer Information Systems and Analytics (CISA) in the UCA College of Business offers eight undergraduate and graduate degree programs. The latest programmatic offerings are the Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in applied data analytics, as well as a Graduate Certificate in data analytics. Students are prepared for the changing business environment through these programs and hands-on internships in the business community upon graduation. A great example is recent alumna Nato Silue, who graduated summa cum laude in 2020. While a student, Silue was Information Systems Student of the Year, Business in Technology (BIT) Club Student of the Year, a Career Services Merit Fellow, and the Acxiom Information Systems Student of the Year. “Growing up, I had limited access to technology, and this ignited in me a dream to have a technical career,” said Silue.
