Top 50 Online Colleges with the Highest Student Satisfaction
From the department of health sciences, three health education students, Summerlin Criswell, Erin Pace and Julie Yang, won the state Case Study Competition during the Arkansas Society of Public Health (ASOPHE) annual meeting in Little Rock on Friday, September 16.
This win qualified the three students to participate in the Case Study Competition at the national SOPHE meeting in Denver, Colorado in the spring of 2017.
The Baum Gallery and Torreyson Library held the opening reception for this year’s Artist in Residence exhibit, Pluralism, Social Lens #33, Direct Action: Outdoor Public Art Installation by David Graeve.
The reception was held on the front lawn of Torreyson Library Thursday, September 22, at 6:30 p.m.
The UCA Bear Essentials Food Pantry and the Arkansas State University Food pantry competed in the inaugural “Food Fight” to see which campus could raise more food for its food pantry during #makeastatementweek.
The competition ran from Monday, September 19 through Friday, September 23.
UCA was announced as the winner with 3,381 foot items collected throughout the week.
Together, the two campuses collected over 6,100 items of food that will go to their collective communities.
