Brad Cowger is a UCA graduate from the Department of Kinesiology and Physical Education and currently teaches at Ida Burns Elementary in Conway, Arkansas. Cowger is being honored as the elementary physical education teacher of the year by the Arkansas Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance.
