Dr. Don Jones earned his doctorate at the University of Kansas in Lawrence. His expertise is in European history (since 1939), the French Revolution, Napoleon, Modern France (since 1914), and twentieth-century Europe more generally. His research focuses on the development of the European unity movement during the 1950s and the process of reconstructing post-World War II in France, Germany and Britain, as well as the Vichy regime and the United States.
