Shape the Future of UCA

Your voice is essential in guiding the direction of UCA. Participate today to ensure that the new strategic plan reflects the needs and aspirations of our community.

Feedback Labs

The Strategic Planning Feedback Labs are small-group sessions designed to bring together a variety of voices from across campus. Because the groups are limited in size, not every volunteer will be selected.

Submitting this form lets us know you’re interested, and we’ll follow up in the coming weeks if you are chosen to participate. Even if you are not placed in a lab, your interest and your voice are valued as we continue building UCA’s next strategic plan.

Community Conversations: March 2025 – April 2025

Central Strategy Team members are meeting with their divisions and departments on campus to get vocal feedback and input from campus constituents to help inform our strategic planning process.

All conversations are being incorporated into standing meetings across campus and communicated to the departments independently.

The spring Community Conversations have ended.

Strategic Planning Survey: February 26 – March 7

As part of UCA’s efforts to develop a new 10-year strategic plan, this survey feedback is helping us shape our future. Our Central Strategy Team is reviewing responses from over 500 students, faculty, and staff to help guide decisions on academic programs, campus initiatives, and resource allocation.

The survey included five open-ended questions and a goal-sorting activity.

The survey is now closed.
