Current Studies:
- Ketogenic Diet & Exercise: Investigating how different macronutrient compositions impact muscle performance in exercise-trained women.
- FITT Pregnancy & FITT Babe: Assessing exercise’s influence on maternal blood glucose and infant growth among pregnant women, including those with gestational diabetes.
- Migraines & Carbohydrates: Exploring the relationship between dietary carbs and migraine intensity/frequency in women prone to migraines.
