The University of Central Arkansas Office of Post-Award Grants & Contracts supports the administration of restricted funds by promoting accountability and compliance. The office oversees the processes that occur between award inception and award close-out. During this period, Post-Award Grant Administrators, Principal Investigators, and departmental administrators must continually monitor the award.
Post-Award Grants & Contracts strives to:
- Protect the reputation of the university and its principal investigators.
- Promptly review and process fiscal transactions in order to provide timely and accurate financial information.
- Invoice and report accurately and on time.
- Minimize administrative burden on faculty and staff.
- Train and support the university community.
- Apply federal regulations, state laws, and university policy with consistency.
- Listen and respond to needs and concerns in a considerate, attentive, and understanding manner.
