Formed in 2014, faculty/staff Affinity-Resource Groups serve as a recruitment and retention measure for UCA’s racial/ethnic minorities and for members of UCA’s LGBT+ community.
Affinity-Resource Groups meet for at least two formal gatherings each year for fellowship, support, and/or professional development.
