Applications Open for the Paul & Daisy Soros Fellowship for New Americans

Each year, the Paul and Daisy Soros Fellowship for New Americans awards 30 students up to $90,000 in funding over two years for the graduate school program of their choice in the United States. All recipients are either immigrants or the children of immigrants.
The 2027 Fellowship application is available at pdsoros.org, with a deadline of October 29, 2026 at 2 PM ET. Immigrants and children of immigrants who are planning to pursue or are currently enrolled in graduate study in the United States are eligible and you can read full eligibility requirements at https://pdsoros.org/eligibility/.

Pantry Closed on Memorial Day
The Bear Essentials Food Pantry will be closed on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25th. We will reopen at 11 am on Tuesday, May 26th.
