Campus Event Coordinating Committee

Charge

The Campus Event Coordinating Committee will convene to coordinate use of inventory and campus resources. The committee will make recommendations on cost recovery, inventory management, and inventory addition; determine ways to optimize EMS and standardize rental language and procedures across campus; and maintain a direct line of communication with all stakeholders invested in event production and planning.
