Teaching Assistant (TA) Form
Complete the form if you are interested in becoming a TA for the Fall of 2015. This is a reminder that the requirements for becoming a TA include having taken the course prior to Fall of 2015. There are exceptions, for example, those who have done well in 1450 are qualified for 1400, 1402, and 1450. Those who qualify for 2401 (Organic I) are also qualified to TA for 2450 (Intro to Organic and Biochem). Students are eligible for the position if they have a B or higher in the course they are interested in being a TA for. If you are currently enrolled in the course that you would like to be a TA for in the Spring, the Laboratory Coordinator will confirm your final grade at the end of the semester and contact you if there is an opening.
Students should double-check their course schedules, so they do not conflict with the lab sessions they selected.
DO NOT COME TO ME AT THE BEGINNING OF THE SPRING SEMESTER AND TELL ME SOMETHING CAME UP!
If you have any problems or questions, contact the Laboratory Coordinator. Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, call 852-2617, or come by Laney 203A (the most reliable method).
If you find errors within this form, please e-mail him as well. If you would like to be a TA for more than one lab session or course, leave additional information using the comment box or e-mail him.
