University policy requires every RSO to complete an officer registration form on September 15th of every year and on February 1 if your officers have changed. Failure to return this form by the required date will result in the loss of recognition status.
Notice: Student Life will be switiching to OrgSync in Fall 2012, so you will no longer use this form after 8/14/12.
