UCA Alumni Board Nomination Form
The UCA Alumni Association is accepting nominations for the UCA Alumni Association Board of Directors for a term of 3-years (July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2017).
As the governing body of the Alumni Association, the Board is responsible for the successful operation of the Association. The Board determines, develops, and oversees the programs, activities and budget of the Alumni Association and makes recommendations as it deems advisable to the membership, with the specific intention of advancing interests, purposes and objectives of the Association in support of the University of Central Arkansas.
Board Member responsibilities include:
• Serve as an official ambassador and support the mission, goals, policies, programs and services of the Alumni Association and the University of Central Arkansas
• Serve as an advocate for and participate in matters of higher education that affect the Association and the University’s position in the community at large and the state of Arkansas
• Encourage the engagement of alumni through Alumni Association membership, fundraising efforts and volunteerism
Nominations must be submitted by March 15, 2014
