Program Completion Plan (PCP)

Every semester students are required to turn in an updated Program Completion Plan (PCP). Below you will find a link to download a template for the PCP and an instructional PDF with detailed instructions on how to fill in the template. These forms are a requirement for your certification. Please follow the instructions provided as closely as possible in order to complete your PCP correctly. If you have any questions or would like to work on your PCP with someone, the Veteran Services office provides assistance to help students complete their PCPs. No appointment is necessary.
