Change Style Indicator

Cost: $22.00 a participant
Length: 2 – 4 hours

The Change Style Indicator (CSI) is designed to capture an individual’s preferences in approaching change and in dealing with situations involving change. The CSI Self-Assessment offers a quick and accurate self-assessment of preferred change style. The CSI can assist in better understanding one’s response to new situations and to changes in existing situations. It allows for increased flexibility and increased effectiveness of one’s response to change, while also enhancing an understanding of the reactions of others.

Results of this instrument place an individual on a continuum ranging from a Conserver orientation to an Originator orientation. A Pragmatist orientation occupies the middle range of the change style continuum. The closer an individuals’ score is to one end of the continuum, the stronger the preference for that “change style.”

The instrument poses 20 assessment items for evaluating preferences. It takes 15-20 minutes to complete. Online and self-scoring versions are available.

EQi (Emotional Intelligence Assessment)

Cost: $18.00 optional participant workbook
$60.00 participant assessment & follow-up report
Length: 3-4 hours

Emotional Intelligence is a set of emotional and social skills that collectively establish how well we perceive and express ourselves, develop and maintain social relationships, cope with challenges, and use emotional information  in an effective and meaningful way. Emotional Intelligence is our behavioral face. It’s what it looks like, it’s what it sounds like, and it’s what it feels like when we show up and engage with the world around us. It’s the choices we make: emotional, attitudinal, and behavioral. These choices have everything to do with how effectively we understand ourselves and communicate who we are, and how effectively we work to build relationships and understand others.

The EQi is an assessment that was developed to capture and to quantify our connection and engagement with 16 different elements of social emotional functioning. The results provide a model and vocabulary for self-awareness that reveals potential strengths and growth opportunities. The EQi yields results that are not static. Results will change because growth work is being done continually, and life’s events and experiences will influence our responses. EQi is NOT an IQ (intelligence) qualifier nor a Skills assessment. It does not measure personality or vocational preferences. The EQi is a statistically validated tool that deals with many objective elements, including problem solving, reality testing, flexibility and independence to name a few.
