Connect with Nature

Today, take a short walk. Only focus on the walk and what you see. Try your best not to think about anything else.

Nature is everywhere, but often we ignore it as we rush through our busy days. When students walk to class, they’re likely thinking about their work and not appreciating things like the trees, grass and sun on campus. By paying attention to these things and appreciating them, we can enjoy the moment we’re in, rather than worrying about what we need to do next.
