Winter Feast

Staff Senate Winterfeast is a fundraiser luncheon open to staff and faculty that is sponsored by the President’s Office and Aramark, the donations of which will go to the Angel Bear Tree Fund. Tickets must be purchased to attend Winter Feast. Please download the CORQ app for event check-in.

Date:  November 19th
Time:  11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Location:  McCastlain Ballroom (enter through the Main Entrance)


Due to Covid, this year’s luncheon will be a Pick Up and Go event with a virtual entertainment. Food can be picked up from 11-12:30 and the virtual entertainment will begin at 12.


We will use the CORQ app for check-in the day of the event. Please bring your ticket confirmation in order to pick up food and be entered into the door prize drawings! If you bring food for the Bear Essentials Food Pantry you will get an extra entry for a special drawing for each food item.

Angel Bear

The holiday season is upon us and the Staff Senate Angel Bear Trees will be up and ready by November 5th . We invite you and/or your department to provide need-based holiday assistance to UCA and Aramark employees by adopting an angel now through Friday, November 20.   Recommended spending amount per angel is $50.
Stop by one of the following locations to select an angel today:
  • Wingo Hall Welcome Center
  • HPER Lobby
  • Student Center Lobby
  • Torreyson Library Lobby
Once your angel has been selected, complete the bottom information tab on the card, cut then drop the tab in the stocking that’s hung on the tree. All UNWRAPPED gifts must be returned to Brewer-Hegeman Conference Center by Monday, November 23rd.
