Parking Permits


Just come to the PD with your Student ID. The permit has already been paid for with your safety and security fees.


Please be advised of new changes regarding permit payments.

The police department is no longer receiving any form of payments.

Parking permits are only available at the police department.

The new academic year permits will be available August 1st. The fee for the permit is $60.00 for the year. You must have your UCA ID to pick up your permit, the fee is placed on your account and the forms of payments are as follows:

1). Payroll Deduction: This option is available for full time employees only.

The form is below. Once the form is submitted, you will receive your permit via campus mail or pick up at the department.

Human Resources processes the auto draft beginning in September. This option is a pre tax benefit.

Please note: this option is not available from January – July.

2). Cashnet: Pick up your permit at the police department. Payments for parking permits can be made online via Cashnet. Staff and faculty can access this payment option through myUCA account. Credit/Debit card or Electronic ACH options are available.  See more information herePlease note: You must FIRST visit the UCA Police Department to have your parking permit issued, Student Accounts does not issue parking permits.

3). Student Accounts: Cash, Check, and all major Credit Card payments are accepted at the Cashier window in the Student Accounts office, located on the first floor of Bernard Hall, Suite 110.  Please note: You must FIRST visit the UCA Police Department to have your parking permit issued, Student Accounts does not issue parking permits.

Parking Permit Payroll Deduction

    If you are needing a Disabled or a Retired Permit you will need to come by the UCAPD to pick up your permit, it will not be mailed to you. Please bring proper documentation that will be needed to receive a special permit.
