Parking Permits

Students,

Complete the parking permit request form (Click Here For The Student Form) . Once complete, come to the Police Department with your Student ID. The permit has already been paid for with your safety and security fees. If you are requesting a replacement permit there is a small charge.

Faculty/Staff,

Please remember, the police department is no longer receiving any form of payments. Payments are made as listed below.

The new academic year permits will be available August 1, 2021.  Permits from FY 2020/2021 are set to expire on August 15, 2021.

The fee for the permit is $60.00 for the year. You must complete the online registration form as selected below. Once complete your permit will be mailed to your on-campus address as you specify on your registration. The parking permit fee is placed on your account and the forms of payments are as follows:

1.   Payroll Deduction: This option is available for FULL TIME employees only.

This option is not available to Part Time Employees.

2. IN PERSON OR ONLINE PAYMENT

PART TIME EMPLOYEE: Submit the form online: Click Here For the F/S Form and select PART TIME FACULTY OR STAFF- PAY @ STUDENT ACCOUNTS

– Online payment (CASHNET):  Faculty and Staff can access this online payment option through myUCA account. Credit/Debit card or Electronic ACH options are available.  See more information here.

– Cash and check payments are accepted at Bernard Hall/Student Accounts office Suite110. The permit fee will directly be posted to your Bear Account.

Once the permit request form is submitted, you will receive the permit to the specified office/room/building through campus mail within 5 to 7 days of your request. It is highly recommended that you are present on campus for prompt, timely delivery of campus mail.  Requests to pick up your permit at the police department are available, please specify date and time for pick up in the notes section of the form (Section 4 Review).

Faculty and Staff members with 25 years or more of service will receive their free permit through campus mail. Please do not submit a parking permit request. Human Resources provides verification of this time.

Faculty and Staff members needing a disabled parking permit, must come to UCAPD with your proper documentation before a permit will be provided.

Graduate Assistants are not eligible for faculty / staff parking permits.

Please note: You must FIRST complete the form below to have your parking permit issued, Student Accounts does not issue parking permits.
