Parking Permits

Students,

Just come to the PD with your Student ID. The permit has already been paid for with your safety and security fees. If you are requesting a replacement permit there is a small charge.


Faculty/Staff,

Please remember, the police department is no longer receiving any form of payments. Payments are made as listed below.

The new academic year permits will be available August 1, 2020.  Permits from FY 2019/2020 are set to expire on August 15, 2020.

The fee for the permit is $60.00 for the year. You must complete the online registration form as selected below. Once complete your permit will be mailed to your on-campus address as you specify on your registration. The parking permit fee is placed on your account and the forms of payments are as follows:

1). Payroll Deduction: This option is available for FULL TIME employees ONLY.

The form is below. Once the form is submitted, you will receive your permit via campus mail.

Please note: this option is not available from January – July.

2). Cashnet: Fill out the Parking Permit Registration Form below and once the form is submitted, you will receive your permit via campus mail. Payments for parking permits can be made online via Cashnet. Staff and faculty can access this payment option through myUCA account. Credit/Debit card or Electronic ACH options are available.  See more information here. You can also pay in person or via mail to Student Accounts: Cash and Check payments are accepted at the Cashier window in the Student Accounts office, located on the first floor of Bernard Hall, Suite 110.  

Please note: You must FIRST complete the form below to have your parking permit issued, Student Accounts does not issue parking permits.
