CNSM May Field Trip Form

Please use this form to request a field trip time and date for the Griffin Planetarium and Jewel Moore Nature Reserve. We ask that you select three possible dates after looking at the available dates on the planetarium calendar. Keep in mind that seating capacity in the Planetarium is 94 and larger groups will need to split between the Planetarium and Nature Reserve. If this is required, please schedule more than one field trip time.

We may be able to fold in material that you are currently covering in your classes. Please indicate if there are any students with special needs so we can work to accommodate them. Please indicate any students with allergies to plants or animals or students sensitive to flashing lights.
