Dr. Brasovan received a PhD in Philosophy with an area of specialization in Chinese philosophy from the University of Hawai’i. He has published several articles, chapters, a book, and an edited volume in Asian philosophies and religions, and he is a recipient of a Senior Fulbright Scholarship for studying at Jinan University in Guangzhou, China (2018-2019).  Since his tenure at UCA he has taken up study in computer science to prototype projects in digital humanities.
