UDQA Faculty Score Reporting Procedures
Fall Terms
At the beginning of each fall term, faculty members responsible for administering portions of the UDQA exam will be provided a list of students required to take each respective UDQA portions by the end of the term.
Faculty members responsible for administering portions of the UDQA exam will be provided a spreadsheet (included at the bottom of this page) for results for their respective UDQA portion. An authorizing faculty member must document students’ score, pass/fail status, and date completed for the respective UDQA portion. Authorizing faculty members must submit UDQA scores by UCA grade reporting deadline for the term.
Spring Terms

Official UDQA Score Reporting
Please use the spreadsheet linked below to report official UDQA scores. Only UDQA authorizing faculty have access to the spreadsheet. Authorizing faculty must use their @uca.edu faculty email account to access and edit the spreadsheets.
Fall 2022 UDQA Score Reporting and Results – must be submitted not later Tuesday, December 19th at 12:00 PM (UCA grade reporting deadline).
