We have heard so many students say, “I really didn’t have to study in high school so don’t know how.” The Office of Student Success wants to HELP! This semester, we will provide a combination of campus and virtual academic success workshops. Please encourage students to attend. Email attendance verification will be provided. The Office of Student Success is pleased to share the following changes in job responsibilities and titles that will take effect on January 1, 2023:

Nadia Eslinger will serve as the Director of UCA’s new federally-funded SIP grant program for low-income first-year students (the program name is still under discussion). She will be working with a Professional Coach (position is posted), an Admin Specialist III (position is posted), a graduate assistant (William Owens), and three peer success guides (to be hired). Her contact information remains the same at this time.

Drew Richardson will serve as Assistant Director for Student Success – SI and Success Coaching. He will be working with our graduate assistants for SI (Benji Norton) and Coaching (Victoria Philippon and Layne Turner). His contact information remains the same at this time.
